Discovery Session - 30 mins - Free (Zoom call or by phone)
Coaching session - 1hr (Zoom) £85
Coaching Block -  6 x 1hr coaching sessions (Zoom) - £500 (Recommended)
Single sessions can be valuable in their own way depending on your requirement but coaching generally works better for people initially presented as a course over time. We can chat about why and how and what works best for you. 

All in-person and nature walk sessions are subject to an additional £20 per hour plus travel.

Concessions - We all have to make a living but we also have a human need and a right to be well. Each month I have a limited number of sessions available on a first come first served basis for those who cannot afford the full session cost. For this I ask for a donation.

In-person Reiki Sessions

Take time out to rest deeply heal and rejuvenate.
1hr Reiki session - £40

I offer a holistic and bespoke approach to coaching and training tailored specifically to your and your horse's needs. Combining classical training methods www.straightforwardequitation.co.uk  for both ridden and in-hand work with a deep understanding that this is not where it ends. 
1.5hr private session at your home or yard - £80 plus travel were applicable
1hr Reiki session or Myofascial release and deep tissue massage - £55 Plus travel.
1.5hr online confidence-reset coaching session -  £80
